SPORTS have less than two weeks to indicate whether they will be taking part in the 2013 NatWest Island Games in Bermuda.

The deadline has been set to 5 December for indicative numbers to be supplied to the hosts and with the cost likely to be at least £2,000 it is a big decision to make.

Steve Jacobs, chairman of the Island Games Association of Jersey, has so far received confirmation of around 120 participants.

He said: ‘The big teams are still to confirm such as basketball, volleyball, athletics and football so we are looking at a team of 160 plus.’
