ST PAUL’S won the women’s Zenith Cup final for their third time in their history on Thursday night following a 4-2 victory against Jersey Wanderers at Springfield.

The Saints, who trailed 1-0 and 2-1, hit back to win with three goals in the final 22 minutes after Wanderers’ Kathryn Porter had seen her penalty kick saved by goalkeeper Lisa Stubbs with Wanderers leading 2-1 five minutes into the second half.

Catarina Alves, who was a menace through out, scored a brace and Claire Tonner and Eve Watson singles for the victors while Porter hit the target twice for Wanderers.
