New-look Jets soon settle back into winning rhythm

TEAM Jets retained their unbeaten record at the top of South West Regional Division I by storming to a comfortable 65-35 victory over Weston at Les Ormes on Saturday.

The win before a crowd of more than 100 it a hat-rick of home victories for the team – who last season topped Division II unbeaten – and mean they maintain their place at the top of the table.

And, with just two games to go before the end of the year against opposition currently propping up the bottom half of the division, coach Linda Andrews is confident that Jets can remain undefeated until at least the New Year.
